These products come into direct contact with skin, eyes, or lips, and once opened, we cannot gurantee they remain clean, safe, or hygienic.
Returns for Other Items
  • Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging.
  • Contact us at Amillionthingscomingsoon@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return to start the process.
Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you if your refund is approved
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your orginal payment method. (Depending on your bank refund process times may differ)
  • Shipping Costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
  • Exchanges are available for most items (excluding non-refundable items listed above) and are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24-48 hours after the product is marked as delivered, with photos.
  • We'll replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
